It is the highlight of my Monday. The energy you bring to the class is addictive not to mention the great music playlist that keeps us going in our dying moments mid hold!

Just want to say a big thanks to Clinton for his amazing Pilates class 🤩I decided to try Pilates a couple of months ago ,having done other forms of exercise for years and I couldn’t have chosen a more caring and knowledgeable instructor, he feels like he’s your personal instructor even though there are other’s in the class ,he his constantly checking that you are doing it right and correcting you throughout the class.

I wasn’t sure how I was going to like Pilates but Clinton's classes are fun and very beneficial. His personality really helps you through the intense exercise, so if you’re considering doing Pilates classes lookout for him.

Clint, thanks for the most awesome sessions. When I heard our previous Pilates and pump instructor was leaving for good, I was rather hesitant about getting used to someone new, but then you arrived, I fell in love with your way of instruction. You bring an energy to the class, which wont be easy to match. You don’t repeat the same workout week after week. Your enthusiasm is contagious and the music is awesome. You somehow manage to always get me to push just a little bit more than what I’ve been capable of before, and I always feel like a new person afterwards(an exhausted new person of course). You clearly know how to motivate others to work towards being better versions of themselves. Thank you again
